St-Viateur Bagel La Maison du Bagel. Depuis 1957. Home of the World Famous Montreal Bagel. Established in 1957, we are Montréal’s longest running bagel shop.

Made in an artisanal fashion, every Montréal bagel is hand rolled and boiled in a honey water mixture. Finally, the bagel is baked to perfection in our wood-burning oven giving it its distinctive flavor and golden brown color. Our landmark bakery operates 24/7. St-Viateur Bagel is proud to be a family business. Made with 100% natural ingredients, our bagels contain no artificial preservatives. We

have been making them the same way since 1957. Fondée en 1957, St-Viateur Bagel est la plus ancienne boulangerie de bagels à Montréal. Confectionné de façon artisanale, chaque bagel est mis à bouillir dans un mélange de miel et d’eau, et roulé à la main. Enfin, le bagel est cuit à la perfection dans notre four à bois, ce qui lui donne sa saveur et couleur brun doré distinctive. Notre boulangerie vedette est ouverte jour et nuit, sept jours sur sept. St-Viateur Bagel est fière d’être une entreprise familiale. Préparés avec des ingrédients naturels à 100 %, nos bagels ne contiennent pas d’agents de conservation artificiels. Nous les confectionnons de la même façon depuis 1957.
