Happy Halloween!! It's been quite a month of spooky bakes. I had so many more ideas, but there's only so much time in a month, and people generally don't want to eat your creations when Seasonal Cold is one of the star flavours. I'll just have to save them for next year!

I'm pretty sure I can die happy after finishing this cake.
Two batches of skull macarons, sugar cookie bones, 3 layers of pumpkin cake, salted caramel buttercream and white and semi-sweet chocolate ganaches.
I'm just gonna nap this Halloween and have the cake answer the door.

Halloween season that is! It's October first and that means spooky themed macarons, so I went all out and made pumpkin buttercream and Jack-o'-lantern faces on this batch.

Shana Tova!! Or, happy new year! It's traditional to have honey and apples this time of year, so you know I'm gonna apply that to my macaron obsession. So I made a honey buttercream and some apple pie filling, and put it all between some cinnamon dusted shells 😋
