Hi Everyone!
This is a very difficult post to write, but after thinking long and hard about it and listening to myself, I decided to close the chocolate part of my business indefinitely.
This has been a very hard decision to make, but ultimately an inevitable one. There are many factors that play into it, such as work-life balance, constantly rising costs of ingredients and I guess the desire of not feeling exhausted all the time.
I am saying I will close the chocolate part of my business. What does that mean? I will close the business for a few months to recuperate and reevaluate, but I am planning to offer classes again in the future in a different form. I saw how much you guys loved them and so did I! It is always such a pleasure to see the “I did that??” faces :)
So what is happening now?
Well, I decided to offer one last round of chocolate orders for my most popular flavours before I am closing. I will be offering one delivery day and 2 pick-up days for the second week of April.
I want to thank all my incredible clients, students, Épiceries, suppliers and most of all, all new friends that I made on this journey! There are not enough words to thank you all for making this such an incredible journey for me.
It’s my absolute passion to create delicious chocolates and treats for you and I am sure that will be in my future again so I urge you to keep following this page as I will be posting all new developments here.
