Hello everyone, I am starting to bake a bit and will be fully up and running starting in September. Right now I have been trying to master some sourdough things. I currently have 4 finds of sourdough bagels…REGULAR, CHEESE, CINNAMON with RAISIN AND DOUBLE CHOCOLATE. Bagels are a $1 each. I also have a Soft Sourdough Sandwich Bread (yes, it’s Square). Loaves are $8 each.

Happy Monday, it’s kind of like CHRISTMAS in July. I have a few things for sale. I have limited amounts so first come first serve basis.
Regular Peanut Butter Balls (8 per pack) 8 packs available. Cherry Balls (8 per pack) 7 packs available, Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies ( dozen per pack) 2 packs available , Shortbread Cookies with icing and cherry ( dozen per pack) 3 packs available and Shortbread Cookies with just icing ( dozen per pack) 1 packs available. Well Rainbow bread has been a success so adding a couple more goodies, these bagels are made with sourdough. So very low GI index which means a slower digestion, much lower sugar than traditional bagels. Each Bagel is $1 each, so mix and match and give both types a try. I will have a fresh batch of Rainbow Loaves ready on Wednesday. Rainbow bagels and chocolate chocolate chip. Kid and adult approved.

Hey guys, I have been doing a bit of fun baking. I am now offering homemade white bread that is colored with all natural colors. I have Rainbow offered in 3 patterns, camouflage, fairy and multicoloured. Each loaf is $8. There is no flavor in the colors as I only use enough natural powder to color. You can customize your colors. Just think how fun it is for the kids to bring sandwiches to camp or daycare. Even fussy kids seem to want to eat it. Having a baby shower, what about pink sandwiches or blue for the boys. I need 48 hours notice. Still tweaking some of the colors to make them a bit bolder.
