👨‍🍳 Chef Martin Boudreau’s creation took home “Lobster Roll of the Year” from the world’s preeminent lobster capital.

🍑 Featuring a roster of fresh & peachy flavours, the ingredients still allow New Brunswick’s world class lobster meat to be the star of the show.

📸 Bay of Fundy lobster, dulse, lemon herb aïoli, asparagus, peach jalapneño chutney, fennel slaw, Tony’s famous butter croissant.

👨‍🍳 La création du Chef Martin Boudreau a remporté le titre de « Lobster Roll de l’année » dans la capitale mondiale du homard.

🍑 Avec sa palette de saveurs fraîches et fruitées autour de la pêche, les ingrédients laissent tout de même le homard de classe mondiale du Nouveau-Brunswick voler la vedette.
