This is our thermoshock body treatment

What it is:

A powerful “shock” ritual combining hot and cold therapy (accupressure & cryospheres) to detoxify, firm, and refine the body. It uses thermogenic action, lipolytic massage, and drainage, all in one.

How it works:

Phase 1 – Thermogenic Warm-up: Raises circulation to prep tissues

A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) has completed extensive post-secondary education and clinical training focused on anatomy, physiology, assessment, and treatment of the body’s muscles, joints, and soft tissues. RMTs can assess and treat specific concerns such as chronic tension, injuries, headaches, mobility restrictions, and pain patterns. Because they are regulated healthcare professionals, their services are often covered by extended health insurance plans. (We provide insurance receipts but do not direct bill at this time)

A relaxation massage with an esthetician is focused on helping you unwind, de-stress, and enjoy the benefits of therapeutic touch. While estheticians receive massage training as part of their education, they are not regulated healthcare professionals and cannot diagnose, assess, or treat injuries or medical conditions. As a result, these services are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

If you’re looking to address a specific concern, require treatment, or plan to submit through insurance, an RMT is likely the best fit.

If you’re simply looking to relax, disconnect, and enjoy a calming spa experience, a relaxation massage with one of our estheticians may be exactly what you need.
