Aurea Sweet? How I got Started My daughter, Alyssa, was my inspiration. She was turning 3 years old and I wanted to make her a Barbie Cake.

I was shocked to find how expensive they are! That's when I decided to set a goal for myself! I ventured into the Cake Decorating World, attending the Wilton Cake Decorating Courses at my local Michael's Craft Store -- with a goal and determination that I would make a barbie cake for Alyssa's 4th Birthday! Well, Barbie turned into Belle from Beauty and the Beast which is Alyssa's favourite princess.....and things just grew from there!
