Our fruits have been soaking in our special blend of rums & spirits that has been passed down for generations. We put it in the food processor to help grind it finely so that it’s the perfect consistency. This helps keep our cakes super moist and flavourful 😋

oh and did we also mention that with one slice of our black cake, you’ll be feeling very warm inside 🥂
