Evelyn's Bread & Pretzels Home of the Pretzel Dog I was born and raised in southern Germany, where fresh bread and pretzels were a daily part of life.

After moving to Ontario, I found myself missing those familiar flavors, and that's how my business was born. What started with baking at home for my family quickly grew into selling at local markets. Over time, I focused on what everyone seemed to love most: pretzels, especially my pretzel hot dogs. Now, I'm excited to bring those same authentic flavors to your home with my frozen pretzel dogs. Usually at markets, I only bring Pretzel Dogs… but this upcoming weekend is a bit different!

Since I’ll actually have a kitchen available at the Milverton Fight Back Cancer Weekend, I’m bringing some fun pretzel things I normally can’t make at markets — Smoked Pulled Pork Pretzel Flatbreads, Cheese and Bacon sticks, actual Pretzels :) And of course Pretzel Dogs too.

If you’re a pretzel person, this might be your event.

Also, with every pretzel purchase, you get to try the Pretzel Cutting Challenge. Winner gets bragging rights and a Gourmandise pretzel sandwich gift card.

I’m slightly nervous as I’ve never done this setup before, but excited too. Come early for the best choice… just in case I underestimate how hungry Milverton is. See you there 4pm - 8pm

Getting ready for one of our local business annual Pretzel Day tomorrow and, of course, I had to experiment a little. Some hits, some misses—but this one might be a keeper: cheese filled pretzel stick.

Tomorrow’s special is pizza-inspired. I usually go Italian salami, but this batch is maple bacon… and honestly, it might be my favorite yet.

Next up: brie and rosemary? Or something wild? Think you’ve got the perfect combo? I’m all ears.

Excited to share that I’ll be at the " A Merry Milverton Christmas” Market tomorrow — Friday, Nov. 14 from 5–8 pm!

If you’re a Pretzel lover, you won’t want to miss this one. I’ll have our famous freshly baked Pretzel Hot Dogs, plus a limited number of Bavarian Pretzel Pizzas available!

You’ll also find 6-packs of Pretzel Burger Buns, 4-packs of Braided Sandwich Buns, and — as a little holiday special — frozen bake-at-home Pretzel Dogs for $15 (regularly $20).

Quantities are limited, so come early for the best selection.
