I’ll be honest, I don’t really do cakes anymore, in fact I sold most of my baking and decorating stuff already and “hung up the gloves” I mean my oven mitts.
But around 2 months ago I got a call from a friend of a bride to be asking me to help her friend.

One of the first things you order when planning a wedding is your wedding cake, which was what this bride did, but her baker canceled on her 2 months before her wedding!!!

I feel for this bride, I just had to help her out... so I had to put on my mitts once again... just like Rocky!

This cake was inspired by how a child see a rainbow, so magical, full of colours and wonders! A beautiful sight in the horizon after a storm.
As a grown up, I see this as a symbol of inclusivity of all colours: be it race, gender, sexuality or political affiliations. A symbol of hope. WE ARE MORE BEAUTIFUL TOGETHER!

On the Way to Bethlehem Nativity Pageant has become a part of Milton's pre-Christmas tradition.
For the past 15 years, over 60 thousand people from all over the GTA have come to participate and experience this beautiful interactive story telling of the birth of Jesus Christ.
