This Thanksgiving, I’m grateful for something far bigger than cookies. 🥹🤎

I’m grateful for YOU. Our little Skillet Cookie family. 🍪

The past few weeks haven’t been the easiest for me and my family. And through everything, the love, messages, prayers and kindness you’ve shown us have meant more than I can ever put into words.

And then there’s the way you continue to show up for our little business. 🥹

You walk into our tiny pink kiosk, pick up a few skillet cookies, come back to try new flavours, share the sweetest feedback, tell your friends about us, and genuinely get excited about the things we create.

You might think you’re just buying a cookie. But to me, you’re helping keep a dream alive. 🤍

I sometimes laugh when I call us a small business, because we’re really a tiny version of a small business! 😂 But somehow, this tiny business has brought together the most incredible community.

People who started as customers now feel like friends. People who genuinely care about the person and family behind the cookies.

And THAT is something I never imagined when I started Skillet Cookie Company.

So this Thanksgiving, from my family to yours, THANK YOU. For every purchase, every kind word, every review, every visit and every bit of love you’ve shown us.

We’re still tiny, still figuring things out, and still growing. But we have something so much bigger than a business here.

There are very few things I love as much as Biscoff. 🤎

I will literally find an excuse to put Biscoff into anything.

And then there’s Nutella… because honestly, who doesn’t love Nutella?!

So naturally, the two had to meet.

Meet BISCOFFELLA— and I’m warning you, this one is dangerously good.

Our signature browned butter skillet cookie gets stuffed with this ridiculously gooey centre of creamy Biscoff spread AND Nutella together.

So when you break into it warm, you get that melty chocolate-hazelnut Nutella mixed with the caramelized, spiced Biscoff… all oozing out from the middle.

Then we finish it with Nutella drizzle and Biscoff crumbs, because obviously we weren’t stopping there.

Biscoff. Nutella. Browned butter. That gooey centre.

Yeah… dangerously good might actually be an understatement. 🤎🍪

I didn’t realize a cookie could hold this much of my story. 🤎

As an immigrant, there’s something really beautiful about building a new life while still carrying your roots with you.

Canada is my home. It’s where I’m raising my family and where I built Skillet Cookie Company.

But India is my roots — and I love that I get to carry both.

And somehow, this cookie brings those two parts of me together.

Gulab Jamun Royale is our first-ever Indian dessert-inspired skillet cookie.

I didn’t want to just put gulab jamun on top and call it Indian-inspired. I wanted the entire cookie to feel like the dessert I grew up with.

Our signature browned-butter cookie, the warmth of elaichi — cardamom — and a creamy centre with actual pieces of gulab jamun inside, finished with saffron, pistachios and more gulab jamun.

It’s Indian dessert meets Skillet Cookie Company.

Something I grew up with, becoming part of something I created.

My Indian roots. My Canadian story. One little skillet.

And I couldn’t be happier to finally share it with you. 🤎
