Thank you to everyone for sending well wishes & to our client who brought in a knee scooter so I can return to work after a fracture.

We are happily reopening the bakery with reduced hours, we are grateful for our staff who are making this possible.

Our online bakeshop is also now taking preorders & yes Christmas booking for classes & events has started with limited dates available.

FreshBaked Consulting has been established for almost 20 years. Starting out as consulting company helping new & existing food establishments with training, policies, recipe development, branding & production.

During the Covid19 pandemic shut down of the industry we pivoted & added the bakeshop & culinary studio.

Yes we still offer consulting services, primarily helping clients in Simcoe County & the GTA.

Our newest adventure takes us to beautiful North West River NL. We can't wait to meet the team at CRB Supermarket
