I’ve been planning a couple new bread nights for Kay’s Cozy Sourdough Series, and I’m so excited to finally share them soon.

Think warm kitchen evenings, flour-dusted counters, and lots of sourdough magic 🤍

One class will be perfect for anyone wondering what to do with all that discard… and the other is all about turning your dough into delicious, flavor-filled loaves.

This weeks menu looks a little different since I have some left overs from the market and I haven’t had time to prep for this week.

Everything is frozen but it’s a perfect time to stock up on the essentials or something different for a treat!

We won’t have a bake drop next week as I will be away. So grab something while you can!

Sourdough freezes great and it keeps it fresh for much longer. Simply run the slice under water and toast. Or run the loaf under water and put in the oven 350 for 30 mins.
