My first ever P***a (Ukrainian Easter bread). The smell of it baking brought back so many memories from my childhood. I truly understand why it is only made at Easter...it took 8.5 hours to make and was very involved! But it was worth it! I need to work on my decorating skills in it but that will have to wait another year.

I put in a custom cake as part of a fundraiser for Blake’s work and the winning bid was for a solar system cake for a 7th birthday. I got to make my first mirror glaze! It was super fun to make and pretty tasty! The cake is chocolate with chocolate Italian meringue butter cream. The planets are a combo of cake pops and gum balls!
