✨ 1,000 CLASSES ✨

Yesterday we got to celebrate a pretty incredible Kollektiv milestone. 🥲

Sherri is officially member #01 of our 1000 Club. 🤩

A thousand classes is so much more than a number. It is years of showing up, making time, building a routine, choosing yourself and somehow still walking through the door with the same smile and positive energy.

Anyone who has shared a class with Sherri knows exactly the kind of person she is. Kind, genuine, encouraging and always such a joy to have in the room. She is one of those people who helps make Kollektiv feel like Kollektiv. 🥰

Sherri, thank you for being part of this community for all these years and for showing us what consistency can look like when it is built around something you truly enjoy.

Congratulations on 1,000 classes. 👏🏻👊🏻💪🏼
Member #01 looks pretty damn good on you. 🖤

As we’ve been thoughtfully looking at our fall schedule and trying to build something that works well for our community, we noticed something pretty significant in our booking reports.

We wanted to pull back the curtain a little, because our goal is always to offer our Kollektiv community as much as we can, as thoughtfully as we can.

This isn’t a scolding post or a finger wag. Just a little perspective on what we see behind the scenes.

On an average week at Kollektiv, we see approximately:

120 to 140 EARLY cancellations
20 to 30 LATE cancellations
Plus additional no shows

140 early cancellations alone is the equivalent of SEVEN completely full classes worth of reservations changing hands every week. 🤯

That amount of movement makes it harder to see true demand.

A class can look full with a waitlist several days out, then have open bikes or mats by class time. That can create what are essentially “false waitlists.”

People see a long waitlist, assume they won’t get in and make other plans. Then spots open later.

It also makes schedule planning tricky. We’re often asked if we’ll be adding more classes, and we’re always looking at where that makes sense. But with this much turnover, it can be difficult to know what demand really looks like.

Early cancelling is absolutely better than late cancelling or not showing up. This is simply a reminder to book intentionally whenever you can.

Take ALL the classes you genuinely want to take. But if you’re holding several classes as options and already know you likely won’t attend them all, releasing those spots earlier can make a bigger difference than you may realize.

It helps others plan, gives us a clearer picture of demand and helps us build the best possible schedule for the Kollektiv community.

We appreciate you guys. Always. 🖤

THE ROUTINE ♾️

Two ways to make the deal.
One very good reason to keep it. 🫵🏻

The Deal is on.
The question is… are you in?

Once the game begins, this deal is off the table! You have until September 14 to get in on it.

It’s ALMOST TIME FOR…
🧳 KOLLEKTIV DEAL OR NO DEAL 🧳

The cases are being loaded.
The stakes are high.
And this September… a little luck goes a long way.💰🍀

For 5 weeks, your classes become your chances to win. 🌟

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS 👇🏻

🧳 5 classes → 1 case
🧳🧳 10 classes → 2 cases
🧳🧳🧳 15 classes → 3 cases
🧳🧳🧳🧳 20 classes → 4 cases
🧳🧳🧳🧳🧳 25 classes → 5 cases

→ Hit a milestone
→ Choose an available case
→ Put your name on it to claim it.
‼️All cases will remain sealed until the end of the challenge. 🔒

💲Each case hides a dollar value. Some small. Some bigger. And a few… BIG MONEY. 💰

The winner will be determined by who has the highest combined value in their cases.

So the more classes you hit, the more cases you claim, increasing your odds. But choose wisely… one lucky case could change everything….

⚠️ FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
There are only 240 cases on the board…and once they are gone, they are gone.
Hit your milestones early and claim your cases before the board fills up! ⏰

THE BANKER IS WATCHING. 👀☎️
From the moment the board goes live, the Banker will be tracking every move from the shadows. They’re biding their time… and when they’re good and ready, they’ll make their presence known. 🏦

Who is going to get the call?
Will it be you? 👀

We suggest you start picking your favorite numbers now 😉
