Lately, we’ve really been loving this one 🤍

A thin, delicate crust on the outside,
with an unbelievably soft texture inside ✨
The more you chew,
the more a subtle natural rice sweetness comes through 🥹

We specially use a rice tangzhong method in the dough-making process,
allowing the bread to retain more moisture
for an extra soft, smooth, and fluffy texture ☁

Even the next day,
it still stays wonderfully soft — almost like it’s freshly baked.

A new batch of Japanese flour quietly arrived 🇯🇵
Yumechikara B, Diamond, Casarine and Napoleon are all here 🤍
This week, we quietly switched our toast
to Yumechikara B flour.
Did you notice a little difference? ☁
Softer? A little more fragrant?
If you’ve tried it… do you like it? ♡
We’ve also started using Diamond flour
to make cakes and cookies 🍰🍪
A little experimenting, a little creating —
slowly discovering new flavors along the way.
