It does not mean having to eat tasteless and strange either. I bake and create good, tasty food for our diet specific needs. I also take into account many of the other dietary issues people are suffering through when making products for sale. I was at the market this past weekend. It was a fabulous weather day and it was wonderful to see the familiar and the new faces that turned up. Lots of good food and produce were available all day. If you missed out, it runs every Saturday until mid October. My next date at market is Sept. 1, 2012 unless life gets in the way. Hope to see everyone there!
