Went into the kitchen to make brioche
 because apparently one baking project is never enough. 😂
đŸ‹đŸ« Lemon blueberry custard brioche buns — soft, buttery, lemony, bursting with little QuĂ©bec blueberries, topped with crumble and a blueberry-lemon glaze.
đŸ„š And because my kitchen clearly needed some balance
 a crustless quiche made an appearance too.
Sweet. Savoury. Slightly chaotic.
Served to my family avec Amour, sarcasm & wittiness at no extra charge. đŸ€Ł

I took some time to bake a little thank-you for someone who has stood by me through the past few months.
Grateful for the kind of friend who doesn’t just check in, but shows up and steps up when it matters.

When your dad loves his sweets but also needs to eat a little healthier
 you bake your way around it. đŸ˜„đŸ€
Baked oats meets almond croissant: oats, frangipane, almonds and all the flavours of an almond croissant, just in a slightly more everyday form.
Because, as our parents get older, we find ourselves thinking a little more about how we can make the things they love work for them.
And honestly, one of my favourite things right now is simply having the time to bake for my parents and watch them enjoy it.
Some recipes are about experimenting.
Some are about feeding the people you love.
This one was a little bit of both. đŸ€

I baked again! This time for my colleagues — because apparently I missed having flour all over my kitchen. 😂

I’m still not quite ready for markets or jumping back into full baking mode. Life has been a little
 *life-y* lately, and sometimes you just need to step back, breathe, and give yourself a break.

So that’s what I’m doing. No rushing, no pressure — just baking when I feel like it. đŸ€Ž

Happy Father’s Day, Dad. ❀

From our first steps to our first drink together, life’s sweetest moments have always been better because they’ve been shared with you.

This almond ricotta cake and homemade piña colada are just small reminders of what you’ve given me over the years—the confidence to try new things, the freedom to follow my own path, and the unwavering support to know I never have to walk it alone.

Thank you for giving me the wings to do whatever I want, while always being there as my safe place to land.
