Hello! My name is Chelsea Doire, and I’m the owner and baker behind Buttercream Belle Pastries. I started this business a little over a year ago with the love and support of my amazing husband and family, and finally decided it was time to turn my dream into reality. 💕
While our business is based in London, all of our baking is done in a fully inspected and certified kitchen in St. Thomas. We specialize in creating fully lactose-free desserts that everyone can enjoy — and I promise, you’d never know the difference!
