🍪Sam Bakes – My Work Space
Welcome to the Sam Bakes kitchen; the little workspace where every thick, loaded NYC‑style cookie starts its life. It’s tidy, organized, and set up exactly how I need it to turn ideas into real, fresh‑baked flavours.
Every batch you see on this page is mixed, scooped, and baked right here in small batches, with care and way too much butter. This is my corner, my routine, and the heart of everything I make.
Born and raised right here in London, Ontario, Sam Bakes is proudly Canadian. It’s also one of the only spots in London Ontario offering true NYC‑style cookies.
I’m a mature student and a single mom, balancing school, life, working in the education system, and everything in between. I am a 3rd year Child and Youth Care student with a certificate in Human Services. I am working diligently toward that advanced diploma in Child and Youth Care.
Somewhere in the middle of all that, Sam Bakes became my creative outlet. Its a place where I get to slow down, make something I love, and build something that’s mine.
Together it all fits; the work, the school, the baking. It makes up a life that feels full and genuinely mine.
