The Pie Store Our products celebrate a rich cultural heritage which combines the love of the land with an appreciation for the culinary traditions of past generations.

The Pie Store offers a wide selection of fruit and savoury pies. We carry family size and single serve pies, fresh baked or frozen unbaked. We have recently added gluten free in both fruit and savoury flavours. In addition, we also feature cream pies on Friday's. Our production facility and retail store are located in Lethbridge. In the summer we can be found at the Lethbridge Farmers market (Exhibition grounds) on Saturdays.

It’s officially peach season 🍑 which means this Friday (August 7) we will be introducing a Glazed Peach Pie, made with delicious B.C peaches of course!

These fresh peaches are layered with a homemade peach glaze and placed on top of our signature pastry crust.
