The Pie Store Our products celebrate a rich cultural heritage which combines the love of the land with an appreciation for the culinary traditions of past generations.

The Pie Store offers a wide selection of fruit and savoury pies. We carry family size and single serve pies, fresh baked or frozen unbaked. We have recently added gluten free in both fruit and savoury flavours. In addition, we also feature cream pies on Friday's. Our production facility and retail store are located in Lethbridge. In the summer we can be found at the Lethbridge Farmers market (Exhibition grounds) on Saturdays.

Coming to The Pie Store Friday, June 5!

This unbaked cheesecake will bring back childhood memories of cookies and milk. It has an oreo crust, a rich cheesecake filling with loads of oreos in it, and topped with whipped cream and even more oreos!

Do you love baking pies, or know someone who does? We are expanding our team and looking for someone to join us!

What we are looking for:
🥧 Previous baking experience - professional kitchen experience is an asset, but not required
🥧 Customer service experience is an asset
🥧 Skill in preparing crusts, fillings, and finishes
🥧 Passion for creating delicious, high-quality pies
🥧 Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
🥧 Ability to work at The Farmer’s Market on Saturdays
🥧 Wages are negotiable and dependant on experience.
🥧 Hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00 with some Saturdays required.

In honour of National Hospice and Palliative Care Month, local businesses in Lethbridge are giving back to support Guided Journeys Foundation. 💙

From May 4 to May 10:

GasKing / Crown Car Washes will donate 15% of all self-serve car washes

The Pie Store will donate a portion of their sales
