This is one of the best desserts I have ever tried for a long long time 😍😍😍… I usually love to experiment on sweets pushing the flavours together so every one pops 💥💥💥 in this one I tried be have a simple one 😋 but turned out to be a 100% success 🔥🔥 it’s an Ashta layer as a base made from real milk 🤭 no ricotta or any added commercial product from the market !! Adding the rose water and orange blossom water to give it the great flavour we all love ❤️ then adding a figs jam 👌 that’s coming from farmers !! Again no commercial products.. we called it “mounah” مونه it’s so delicious by itself, so adding it to our homemade Ashta is a star ⭐️ then topping it with best nuts you can have like pistachios ( to make it Fustoki 🤭🤭) and cashews. Almost no sugar at all !! Sweetness coming from the Jam is enough 🙏🏼🙏🏼 it is not on our menu but sharing with you the experiment 🧪😂😂

Nothing beats a flaky crunchy phyllo dough ( baklava ) with a homemade fresh Ashta !!! The combination of crispy and smooth is just amazing 😍😍 adding a touch of rose water and orange blossom water to the Ashta 🤤🤤 then topping it with rose Jam 💥💥 you gonna love it 🤩🤩

The mixture of pistachio dough and Ashta is always amazing... You get the sweetness from the pistachio, while getting the fresh cold rose water infused flavor from the Ashta .. Nuts on top are just pushing the flavor so you get some crunchy bites .. Try it yourself and enjoy with your friends and family 🎉🎉
Best dessert in Montreal 😉😉
