Hey everyone! My name is Felicia and I'm an Australian living in Montreal with a passion for desserts and design. I decided to merge these two passions into one business: Sweet Savour by Felicia. I do everything from sweet tables, goodnight stations, candy bars to special occasions cakes to any kind of dessert imaginable! All my creations are highly personalized and unique to you!

Even the “simplest” designs represent hours of delicate, painstaking work when it comes to our sugar flowers. Here, each lilac bud and flower has been individually handcrafted, rendered and assembled into clusters before being placed into the overall design 🌸🙌 And, all of our designs differ based on size, type, colours and shapes of sugar flowers, so your wedding cake will always be one-of-a-kind 🫶

It is an honour every time I get to make someone’s wedding cake. Some stories are truly touching. This client had saved my original design from October 2021, waited out COVID, and reached out to me to replicate my design for their own wedding 4 years later 🥹

The result was this gorgeous design for A+J in a truly breathtaking colour palette 🙌 Who knew burgundy could work so well in a summer colour palette? 😍 Flavour profile was as unique as the couple: earl grey cake with alternating layers of dulce de leche and espresso cream 🎂👌

Looking forward to bringing other cake dreams (sometimes years’ long!) to life in 2026 🙏🏻

We are excited to announce that we are now fielding enquiries for 2026 weddings (thanks to those who have been patiently waiting since last year 🙈)

This cake for K+D was the epitome of summer, with delicate sugar flowers mimicking the luscious surrounding floral arrangements 😍 Insides were equally summery: orange poppyseed cake with alternating layers of bright passion fruit curd and smooth vanilla bean buttercream 👌🍊

Look forward to being part of your celebrations this year through cake 🍰🎊
