I am not responsible for items after they leave my hands. I will not assume responsibility for damaged goods after they have been picked up. As items are custom orders, I cannot offer full refunds. I will however, try everything I can to make sure both parties are happy. Minimum retainer held to cover cost of materials. Pick up in Langley. It is suggested you bring a second person to hold a cake higher than one tier. Can't bring another person? The best place is the passenger floor where it is level and you can keep a close eye on it while traveling. Please ensure your items are placed safely and securely in your car.
