MEET MY NEW SOUS-CHEF

Life’s been busy on my end… but a VERY different kind of busy. Meet my new sous-chef, Maple🍁
She’s cute, cuddly, energetic, slightly chaotic… and has absolutely NO baking experience.

So far, her main responsibilities include:
• Chasing her tail
•Chasing balls
•Taking very important naps
•Biting everything she can find
•Making us laugh all day long
•Being ridiculously adorable

She may not be helping much in the kitchen yet, but she’s definitely brought a whole lot of love and joy into our home.

From mixing the batter and colouring the buttercream, to setting up the cake, decorating every detail, and finally receiving those beautiful photos and sweet reviews.

Have I told you how much I LOVE my job? It brings me so much joy and a sense of accomplishment, and nothing warms my heart more than seeing how much happiness my creations bring to your celebrations.

Here's a little sneak peek of what a proud baker (and auntie) looks like. A clean, elegant cake with fresh flowers on the outside… and an unforgettable surprise of flavour and texture on the inside.

This was truly one of those cakes that becomes a memory, not just for how it looked, but for how it tasted. It was memorable enough that my nephew still remembers it… especially his sweet comment:
“The only cake I like is from Auntie.”

Comments like that are the reason I love what I do. Thank you for letting Baked Memories be part of your special celebrations and sweet memories!
