I’m back to my regular Thursday deliveries to Sunnyside Dairy. I’m heading there now with some fresh, baked this morning, sourdough bread.

It was a busy day yesterday! I have 24 loaves fermenting for Sunnyside Dairy which I will deliver on Thursday. I also made a few loaves of bread (honey oat & soft crust traditional) all sliced up, dinner buns, naan, cheese bagels, apple fritter pull-aparts and more. Man, it smelled amazing in here.

I’m finally headed to Sunnyside Dairy with fresh loaves of sourdough! I should be there by 11:45. Come soon if you are looking for a pumpkin, quantities are limited.
