To my lovely Alicia’s Bakehouse community 🤍
This is a really difficult post for me to make, but I wanted to share honestly where things are at behind the scenes.
Due to the limitations of our current commercial kitchen space and equipment, we’ve made the decision to pause Alicia’s Bakehouse until further notice while we work toward building a space of our own.
Starting this bakery has been one of the most beautiful, challenging, emotional, and rewarding experiences of my life. Every order, every message, every kind word, every loaf shared at your tables has meant more to me than I could ever fully put into words.
I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you who supported this little dream from the very beginning. You helped turn something that started in my home kitchen into something real.
This is not the end of Alicia’s Bakehouse, just a pause while we build the foundation to do this properly, sustainably, and in a way that reflects the quality and experience I’ve always envisioned for you all.
Thank you for believing in me, supporting small business, and giving so much love to my bread each week. I truly cannot wait for the day I get to bake for you again in a space that finally feels like home.
