Sweet Sunday.
It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted a cake. I’m still here baking ! I’ve just been so busy, and decidedly a little more distant with social media.
Finding a grooove with a full time job and a toddler, with a side gig while doing all the other things you’re supposed to being doing like self care and self growth blah blah blah is difficult to say the least. But such is the life of every mom! ♥️🥰 It’s hard, buts it’s worth it.
I’ll try real hard to post regularly my creations ! I do love sharing them with you ! 😍

This is a simple and perfect vanilla chiffon cake with the fluffiest vanilla buttercream you ever did eat.

Oh Behave ! Yeah Baby, we have a two year old ! We had a “shagadellic” party for our “Two Groovy” lil guy. Sweet boy, you are the light of our lives and the best lil assistant baker. I can’t wait to see all you will do in this big ol world. Stay trippy little hippie!

We had a triple chocolate cake with Oreo cream filling, wrapped in a vanilla buttercream for our chocolate loving moon man.
My right hand was ready to fall off by the time I was done decorating this beauty, but I think it was so soo worth it !

We welcomed a very special Dino loving princess to the EMS Family a few months ago ! I demanded that I make the shower cake ! So here it is! Mom’s favorite vanilla cake with Alina raspberry curd filling and topped with a vanilla coconut Swiss meringue buttercream.
