Laggan's Mountain Bakery and Delicatessen is situated 5000ft above sea level, right in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. For your well-being no artificial flavours, colouring or preservatives are added to our breads or buns. Only 100% vegetable shorting is used and our flour is unbleached and comes from the finest Canadian Wheat. Our water is mountain clean and pure. The day we've all been waiting for!! ⛷️❄️

The Lake Louise Ski Hill officially opens today and we couldn't be more excited! We made specialty ski run cookies to celebrate, what's your favourite run?

Enjoy a Laggan's coffee and BoB to start your ski day, or warm up you chilly fingers with a hot chocolate. ☕️

We cant wait to see you on the hill and at Laggan's from 7am-6pm all winter long.

Are you as passionate about bread as we are? 🍞

We bake it, and you can eat it fresh every morning or take it home in the afternoon.

We have a few classics that are always available, like our:
-whole wheat bread
-white bread
-sesame buns
-baguettes
And some loafs and bagels that rotate:
-sourdough loaf
-multigrain loaf
-bagels (cheddar jalapeño, sesame, everything... and more)
