Typical morning in the bakery. Under the tea towel Crunchy Oat bread is rising, blackberries are thawing for crumble squares, there's butter melting for danger buns, cheese and greens buns are steaming in the bamboo steamer, and there's chocolate melting there Nanaimo bars. Looking at that picture, I see it's missing Dutch crunch topping for the bread, so I better get on that.
