I haven’t baked cookies since the summer because, you know, but when I do, we have a two day snow storm and I can’t even hand them out so I’m about to eat cookies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until Christmas. 😜 And yes, I did freeze some of them. And I also have more in the freezer to decorate for Christmas. 🤦‍♀️🤣

I forgot to post these earlier. I made these cute ripple chips for Zoe’s dance teachers for the end of the season. Three of her four dance teachers aren’t coming back next year and as happy as we are for them and their new adventures, we are going to miss them so much! I love these little chip bags from To make the ripple chip effect, I cut apart cupcake wrappers and placed them on the wet royal icing and peeled away when dried. Simple and cute!

I made cookies for Zoe’s Intensive Open/Acro dance group. They performed “School Song” from Matilda the Musical and it was AMAZING! Zoe was so pumped to be Matilda and get flipped around all over the place. This group had 34 dancers in it and is so put together! They won numerous awards this year and totally deserved it. I can’t wait to watch it one more time at recital this weekend!
