Three years into this wild ride and there are no plans of slowing down anytime soon.
As a display of my heartfelt gratitude, I want to reward YOU, all my wonderful customers for all your support in getting Mom's past that colossal 40% 3-year business failure rate statistic, in less-than-ideal market conditions.
And you know what? No one did anything crazy to contribute to our non-failure (I won't use the word success just yet). Every share of our posts, piece of feedback given, every Google review, every post on the Waterloo Region food group, every friend you have told about us, has propelled me forward, bit by bit, day by day. Sometimes it brought in that extra few dollars to cover payroll, and sometimes it was that tiny, virtual pep talk that you probably didn't know I needed. It's pushed me from making pies for friends in my basement for fun, into something real that is becoming bigger than just me.
I have every single one of you to thank for that. So thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart. Now I'm tearing up but talk is cheap so I'll put my money where my mouth is and give you some DEAALLLLSSSS.
