American Buttercream Recipe.

Ingredients:
Unsalted butter ( Room temperature ) 250g
Icing sugar (Sifted) 500g
Vanilla extract 2 tsp
Full cream milk/ Heavy cream/ whipping cream 2 tbsp

Method:
Beat butter at Medium-high speed for at least 8 to 10 min untill pale in color, smooth and creamy, scraping down the bowl half way through.
Add sifted sugar 1 cup at at a time and beat at low speed, scraping the bowl in between additions.

Keep at low speed and add vanilla extract,milk and salt and beat until light and smooth.
