This was a special cake to celebrate my mom’s retirement back in the spring. It was a strawberry cake with white chocolate buttercream icing.

I’ve always been proud to say that my mom is a nurse. My mom is the most hard working and caring person I know. She has always taken such amazing care of our family I know her patients were in great hands!
