After spending a wonderful weekend with my family celebrating mother's day, I figured I should fill you all in on my reason for everything I do - my people!
My husband Josh and I got married a year and a half ago and have been together for 6 years 😍 It's been quite an adjustment going from being a stay a home mom to working more than I've ever worked and he has pulled quite a few late nights whether it's been to package, clean or even help with transferring designs. And there's nothing quite like being told you can't cook a meal for yourself because I'm too busy using our kitchen for cookies 🤷

My daughter Adelaide is my mini me which both petrifies and delights me! She is so kind and giving to everyone she meets (except for maybe mom and dad every now and then). She. Talks. So. So. Much. And here Josh and I we're worried a year ago when she was barely talking 😂😂 funny how things change so quickly! Her imagination is absolutely spectacular, making up stories about her little people, dolls and animals. There's nothing better than hearing her cute voice making conversation between two of her toys 💕
But one of my favourite things about Adelaide is her yearning to cuddle all of the time, with me, Josh or her brothers Creole and Carlos!
Creole and Carlos (Carl) are our Redbone Coonhounds and were meant to be in our family! We got Creole as a pup at 10 weeks old almost five years ago and a year later we adopted Carl who is the same age and they are inseparable! They will lay about all day long if you let them, lazy as ever but when we go on a camping trip, to the beach, or adventuring through the forest, they will run for days! And they absolutely love their little sister 😍
So if you have made it this far, Thank you! You now know my people, my reason for everything I do and my inspiration! Without them, I wouldn't be me ❤️
