So I haven't posted in a looong time. My brother-in-law gave me a cake cookbook for Christmas that inspired me to make this beaut yesterday. Enjoy the view: chocolate cake with cookies and cream icing with whipped cream, Oreos and semi-sweet chocolate wrap decoration. Mmm mmm.... thinking I should make a better breakfast choice....though this is tempting.....

So a made a slight improvement to my chocolate icing recipe and I'm sooo excited how it has turned out. I love it when icing gets even better! What's everyone's favourite icing flavours???

Here are a couple of pictures of the Spider-Man cake as promised from this past weekend. The little man was so extremely excited with the cake, he asked if he could eat it right that moment! Hehe! He also proceeded to show the cake to anyone that came into the room.
