At MAC'S CHOCOLATE & BAKESHOP we are committed to the craft of bean to bar chocolate making and fine pastries. All our chocolate is made from organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar and organic cacao butter. The beans are fair trade and sourced from the Dominica Republic and Peru. We pay a premium for the beans to ensure we get the highest quality product and the farmers are paid fairly which ensu

res their practices are too. Once we have the beans they are hand sorted, roasted and then stone ground for up to 60 hours to rid the beans of their bitterness and enhance their natural flavor. Our chocolate is single origin and not blended so you can get a real taste of cacao from that region of the world. organic flour in all our pastries, highlight the seasons and take great care in using the best ingredients.

We are on the look out for someone to join our wee team. We want someone who has a true passion for baking. We prepare everything from scratch on our kitchen, even our own chocolate.

The candidate must love early mornings, drinking coffee and eating donuts and croissants!!!!

We would prefer someone with experience but are willing to train the right individual who wants to grow and become a leader in our bakeshop.

The shifts are Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6am to 1pm. Extra shifts will become available due to the busy season approaching, and if you excel in this position full time will become available.

We are hiring a weekend baker.

You must love early mornings, be hard working and highly motivated. We work in a fast paced environment but are truly passionate about our profession, baking everything in house from scratch and working with the best ingredients we can find.
Experience is preferred but willing to educate the right candidate.

Hours will be Saturdays 6am to 1pm and Sundays 5am to 12pm.
