A hummingbird cake is a spice cake with pineapple, bananas and toasted pecans, usually pared with cream cheese buttercream. The top and bottom tiers are iced semi-naked style and the middle tier is decorated with piped buttercream dollops flattened with a pallet knife. Dried apples and flowers add pops of colour and texture. Finished with a rustic 'Just Married' topper. At the beautiful Sea Level Brewing in Sheffield Mills.

Vanilla bean cake and buttercream, filled with lemon curd. Edible specks of gold leaf are applied around this three-tiered wedding cake. Gorgeous real florals included dahlias, lisianthus and roses. With a beautiful view at Devour The Food Film Fest

I have been baking extra cake layers for Thanksgiving cakes. This is a 6" pumpkin cake with cream cheese buttercream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

I have pumpkin, vanilla and chocolate cakes for pickup today, Sunday, or tomorrow on Monday. Your choice of filling:

4" cake to feed around 4 people for $40
5" cake to feed 6-8 people for $50
6" cake to feed 10-12 people for $60

A long cake is a modern take on a sheet cake. This version is the same amount of cake as a 9"×13" quarter slab, it serves 15-20 people. Red Velvet cake filled with cream cheese buttercream, covered in pink, purple and peach piped buttercream flowers.

Decadent chocolate cake filled with semisweet chocolate ganache. This 5" tall cake is one teir, as it has no supports unside. Made using decending diameters of cake layers to resemble a tiered cake.

A petal shaped Baby Shower cake to celebrate the the highly anticipated arrival of a precious little girl! Vanilla cake with American buttercream, made with butter, icing sugar, heavy cream and vanilla.

This star shaped vanilla cake with strawberry filling was made from four 6" round cake layers. Masked and trimmed shades of pink swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with a variety of sprinkles. I absolutely love making shaped cakes!

This heart-shaped elopement cake has real dice and cards, with the King and Queen representing the bride and groom. Vanilla cake, chocolate fudge icing and decorated with white vintage piping.
