Hi everyone 💛

I have a bit of a bittersweet update to share… we recently officially made the move from PEI to New Brunswick as we begin a new chapter for our family and for Gourmet Gluten Free – Sweets & Other Goodies From The Kitchen of a Celiac!

To all of my amazing customers and supporters in PEI — thank you. Truly. It has meant so much to be able to serve you, connect with you, and share safe, delicious gluten-free treats with such a wonderful community. I’m so grateful for every order, every kind word, and every bit of support along the way.

While this feels like a bit of a goodbye, I’m not too far away — and not gone for good! I may still pop back for markets from time to time, and you might even see some menus offered around the holidays in PEI in the future 💫

As for New Brunswick — hello! 👋
I’m so excited to begin building something new here. I live with celiac disease, so everything I create is made with strict gluten-free, celiac-safe care.

Once our home build is finished and I have my dedicated gluten free only kitchen set up, I can’t wait to start baking again and serving this new community.I

I have completed cake decorating and baking courses, and I continue to pursue ongoing learning to further refine my skills and deepen my expertise in baking and pastry arts

We’ll also continue offering custom cake toppers made with our 3D printer!

For now, I’ll be sharing some of my favourite past creations as I get everything ready behind the scenes to serve you soon! 📸✨

What looks the yummiest to you?! 😍

Follow along for updates as things come together — I can’t wait to get back at it again soon 💛

LOOK at the comparison here!

The cookies on the right were rolled in granulated white sugar and the cookies on the left were rolled in raw cane sugar. I even rolled the cookies in the second last row on the right in white sugar and then sprinkled with raw cane sugar to show you the difference.

WHAT. A. DIFFERENCE!

In both taste & appearance, the cookie on the left is exactly what you’re looking for in that perfect holiday cookie!

Get yourself some RAW CANE SUGAR this holiday season! 😍 (I specifically used for this recipe - it’s my go-to!

Ps. Don’t forget to weigh your cookie dough after scooping (before sugaring) to ensure you get perfectly even-sized cookies every time. This helps with both bake time and presentation! Follow me for more tips and tricks and to get inspired to have fun baking!

I had the privilege of making the wedding cake for my little brother and his beautiful wife - two of my absolute favourite people in this world. ❤️

Two of my sweet nieces helped pull off this big project the days leading up to the wedding and then my sister and her other daughter joined in to help add the florals with us at the venue. It was such a fun experience for my first ever wedding cake! 🎂

This is a Gourmet Gluten Free Chocolate Cake filled and topped with Classic Vanilla American Buttercream. Adorned with peonies, white roses and thyme.

Congratulations Joseph and Micaela!

Thanks for giving us this honour!
