Cinnamon Bun Sunday dates are here!

The Coffee Plant will be baking up fresh cinnamon buns (both vegan & vegan/gluten-friendly) in a rotating selection of seasonal flavours in five of the next six Sundays:

Whether you’re looking for a full heat-at-home feast or just a dessert, we’ve got you covered! You can pick & choose from eight savoury & two sweet options to build your holiday meal!

And yes, we have six gluten-free friendly options, including our divine Pumpkin Cheesecakes 🎃

All@pickups will take place out front of Daughters General Store on Saturday, October 10 between 10am-2pm.

Cooler weather = even COOLER events! 😎

It’s our business anniversary month - FOUR YEARS! Can you believe it! 🤯 Help us celebrate this milestone by coming out to our events this month!

We have a super special collab with vegan superstar Little Jo Berry’s this coming Saturday! Jo will bring the treats, we’ll bring the drinks, and our sister business rabbit food will be serving up hot food for the first time - stay tuned for the menu, but you know it’s going to be wildly delicious!

Then the very next day, find us down at Montreal Street Collective for the last Vintage Market of the season! Drinks, treats, Cinnamon Buns, Pizza Buns - we’ll have it all! Come find some cozy fall vintage pieces and grab a snack while you’re at it!

Then at the end of the month, you’ll find us back at Est./Depuis 1924 for Vegans Who Snack - Halloween Edition! 👻 It’s in a new time-slot - Saturday from 12pm-4pm - making it the perfect time to travel to Ottawa if you’ve always wanted to check out Vegans Who Snack but feared the late-night drive home. We can 110% guarantee it’s worth the trip!

PIZZA BUNS 🍕

Come join the festivities THIS Saturday in our incredible little neighbourhood, and stop by for our brand new Pizza Buns, our popular Cinnamon Buns, or both! We’ll be parked right outside Daughters General Store in our treat trailer from 10am-3pm.

Made with the same pillowy dough we use for our popular cinnamon buns and filled with pizza sauce, our house-made vegan pepperoni, & topped with vegan cheese, our new Pizza Buns will be served warm with house-made ranch dipping sauce!

We’ll also be serving up warm Cinnamon Buns with vanilla bean cream cheese glaze (no GF buns this time) & our regular menu of iced lattes!

Inside Daughters General Store , you’ll also be able to find an assortment of our daily treats (GF & regular) alongside our rabbit food grab & go lunch options in our fridge!

There will be live music, yard sales, & more festivities, including a movie in the park in the evening. See you Saturday!

Here’s what we’re bringing! Tons of treats, new & old, PLUS two rabbit food savoury options AND the long-anticipated return of our famous Slice & Bake Sugar Cookie dough!

Whether you’re feeding one or ten, you can pick & choose from eight savoury & two sweet options to build your perfect feast!

And yes, we have six gluten-free friendly options including our popular Pumpkin Cheesecakes!

We’ve also simplified the payment process, so you can pay with credit card right at checkout.

Cinnamon Bun Sundays are back!

There nothing better than a freshly-baked cinnamon bun on a cool day, so with the arrival of Fall, Cinnamon Buns are BACK! 🍂🍁

Our first Cinnamon Bun Sunday of the season will be this coming Sunday, September 20. We’ll have regular vegan as well as gluten-friendly vegan buns available at Daughters General Store starting at 9am until sell-out!

Keep an eye out for additional dates in the coming weeks!

We’re SO excited to be vending at Coffee Right YOW Festival Saturday, September 12!

From 10am-3pm you’ll find us at Est./Depuis 1924 with treats, drinks, & our Rabbit Food savoury lunch options for their Ottawa debut! Our Vegan Chicken Cesar Wraps & Mac & Cheeseburger Salad are seriously out of this world!

We’ll also have gluten-free friendly options like our Most Popular Treat Ever - Apple Pie Snickerdoodles, seriously delicious potato salads, & even Tiramisu!

Thanks so much to The Artery Community Roasters for inviting us to this incredible event - the more we can sell, the more coffee we can buy from the INCREDIBLE lineup of roasters, so stop by and help us fuel our addiction 😋
