Also adding tomatoes or blueberries is a great addition to this snack. It works as an awesome appetizer at a party. It’s just one of my favorite things, especially when you make it with Burrata mozzarella and NEEDS a fresh baguette, of course!!!

Business as usual here at the bakery, we hope to see you this weekend! 💗 How do we prepare for the evacuation alert as a business? If we have time, we’ll grab these extra starters that we put away, otherwise just see how she goes.

Kalamata olives & jumbo Green with fresh chopped rosemary. The sourdough is getting a bulk ferment and then will be pre-shaped, shaped and lay in a banneton on overnight. When it’s finally risen tomorrow morning, we will put it in the oven.
