✂ Join us on Sunday, June 25 at 2 p.m. for a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the reopening of the revitalized Uptown Keswick Parkette. 🤩 Come out and see the new art installation celebrating indigenous culture. 🐇 The steel sculpture, Nanabush, is a shape-shifting spirit guide manifesting as a tornado with the head of a rabbit. 🌳 The park updates also include a new multi-purpose shelter, accessible seating throughout, a hardscape plaza and gathering space. 🔗 To learn more, visit georgina.ca/BuildingGeorgina.

This Sunday, June 25th at 2:00 pm visit the Uptown Keswick BIA for the official grand opening of the Uptown Keswick Parkette at the corner of Church St and the Queensway S. Mayor and council will give opening remarks followed by a sign unveiling, ribbon cutting, live entertainment, activity stations for children and light refreshments and cake.

The beautiful new park space is a welcome and wonderful addition to the area.

What is happening at the Keswick Parkette? A lot! Uptown Keswick BIA is known for its quaint shops and walkable areas. Improvements are underway, and when complete, the Parkette will offer a multi-use shelter for community events, accessible seating and a public art installation featuring indigenous art.
