Say hello to 2.5 days worth of croissant butter!

We have to unwrap every single one and prep them into butter sheets before they even become a croissant.
It ‘butter’ be worth it you say? Come by at 7:30am tomorrow morning for a fresh croissant out of the oven and you’ll see it definitely is!

What do Wednesdays look like?
Well not the bakers… they were making a whole lot of food for you guys. I used our rental bikes to explore the great gravel roads we have around the shop.
Our sale bikes, demo bikes and rental fleet are flying out the door, come see Peter to give them a try or pick up your new bike while the weather is still nice!

We’re out of food and it’s pretty humid in the shop today so we’re going to shut it down. 🙏

It’s been pretty amazing seeing so many new faces around here (along with our best person club faces!) we haven’t had time to make a flavour post in a while.
Flowing into the blueberry season, we thought you would enjoy it in a Kruffin. But we made it light to deal with the humidity!
Here is the BLUEBERRY LEMON CHEESECAKE kruffin! Light, fruity, creamy, buttery… I think that’s all
