💕 A Little Update from Little Red’s Home Bakery 💕

I wanted to share a little update about the farm stand and some changes that will be coming in October.

The farm stand will be CLOSED this weekend and the 10th-13th because I have been dealing with some health issues and my doctor has advised me to take some time to rest and recover. ❤️ I need to listen to my body and take care of myself right now.
I’m sorry for any inconveniences this has caused, thank you for understanding.

Starting October 13th, the farm stand will be moving to a PRE-ORDER ONLY system.

This is a decision I’ve put a lot of thought into. As a small, home-based bakery, there is so much that happens behind the scenes that you don’t always see — custom orders, markets, large orders, baking, decorating, packaging, cleaning, and everything that comes with running a small business from home.

But alongside being a baker and business owner, I’m also a mom. ❤️

I have three little ones at home who deserve my time, my attention, and a mom who isn’t constantly trying to squeeze one more thing into an already-full schedule. I want to be able to build my business, be proud of what I create, and still have time to put the apron down and be Mom.

I’ve also realized that preparing a large amount of product for the farm stand without knowing what will sell can take a lot of time and energy, and unfortunately, it can mean food going to waste.

I want to find a better balance — one that allows me to continue making the homemade goodies you love without overproducing, wasting food, or stretching myself so thin that I can’t give my customers, my family, or myself the time and care we all deserve.

So moving forward, each week I’ll share a limited menu of fresh goodies, and you’ll be able to order exactly what you want and how much you want through an online order form.

This change will allow me to continue growing Little Red’s while creating a healthier balance between my bakery, my family, and life outside of the kitchen.

Little Red’s is a big part of my life, but it isn’t my whole life — and I’m learning that that’s okay. ❤️

I will be accepting LIMITED ORDERS this Thanksgiving so that I can still spend some much-needed time enjoying the holiday with my family. ❤️ Once I reach my order limit, I won’t be able to take any additional orders, so if you have something in mind, I recommend getting your order in early!

🍂 A Little Behind-the-Scenes Break 🍂

We’ve got a LOT happening behind the scenes at Little Red’s right now! 🩷🩵

Between several custom orders, getting our new dedicated workspace set up, and working on some things for the farm stand, we’ve decided to take a little extra time this week to get everything organized and ready.

Unfortunately, Little Red’s Farm Stand will be closed this weekend, September 26th & 27th.

We want to make sure we’re able to give the farm stand the time and attention it deserves rather than rushing everything just to be open. ❤️
