My Fiance Tristan Shah and I met in Professional Baking and Pastry School, at Red River College in Winnipeg, Manitoba back in 2009. We have been practicing pastry for over 30 years combined, under many talented chefs, always looking forward to eventually starting out on our own adventure. Every product is Handcrafted and made completely from Scratch by the Both of us. With our combined talents we can assure you some of the best tasting, satisfying pastries, flavors, and textures you will ever put in your mouth. We are dedicated to creating our products with High Quality, Locally-Sourced, Organic, Non-GMO, Delicious ingredients. Providing our customers with Pastries and Baked Goods they can feel good about, and allowing us to connect, support, and represent the locals of the Okanagan Valley. We are excited to contribute to our amazing, diverse, and inviting community that we are proud to call home! We design and decide on each individual pastry together, and will frequently be changing them in sync with the availability of whatever fresh produce is in season. We are currently residing at two of the farmers markets here in the Okanagan, including the Kelowna Farmers Market on Wednesday and the Peachland Farmers Market on Sundays. We are trained in all areas from classic artisan breads, to fine dining plated desserts, and everything in between!
