A few things to keep in mind when ordering cakes from me:

I do NOT 100% replicate another cake artist’s work.
Inspiration pics? YES!
Exact copy? Nope.

I’ll take the inspiration and put a bit of Mimi’s Treats spin on it. Because apparently I’m a cake artist, not a photocopier.

Your cake will be scaled to the size needed for your portions.

If you show me a 6-tier masterpiece and tell me you only need enough cake for 8 people, we’re gonna have to make some adjustments.

Scaling a design down can change the proportions, details, placement and overall look. Some things that look fabulous on a giant cake simply do not make sense on a tiny one.

But don’t worry, it’ll still look awesome.

Basically: same inspiration, different cake… because cake physics are real.

Nearly four feet of pure sweetness, lovingly bringing together three timeless flavours; traditional carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, pumpkin with cream cheese frosting, and lemon stuffed with lemon curd.

Each section carried its own little piece of comfort and nostalgia, beautifully brought together in one unforgettable cake.

Finished with soft ivory and champagne coloured frosting, delicate piping, and an elegant glossy caramel top with creamy white hearts, it’s the kind of cake that becomes more than dessert, it becomes part of the celebration, part of the memories, and part of the story. 🥺

A very me cake…Simple, sweet, a little spicy and slightly extra 🤣

Carefully constructed to withstand an earthquake…😅

No drop lines were attempted at 10pm before the wedding day. 😅🤪

6 hours, about 6 pounds of butter, 2 pounds of cream cheese, 8 pounds of sugar, 14 eggs, countless cups of sugar, oil, flour etc…She was a heavy one. 🩷

Weekends are for cooking and baking!

The lineup: zucchini soup and baklava cigars/rolls.

I actually received a request for baklava a few months ago, and while I can make pretty much anything, I don’t sell something until I’ve tried it myself first. I need to know it’s something I’d be proud to put my name on!

And let me tell you…these crispy, flaky, syrupy little cigars/rolls did not disappoint!
