🍞🧶 BEHIND THE SCENES AT THE KNOTTY PANTRY!
When your granny hobbies reach NEXT LEVEL! 😂🤎
Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes at The Knotty Pantry?
Meet Sally, my homemade sourdough starter! I created her from scratch, and she's been fed, nurtured and maintained ever since. She's a little high-maintenance, but she earns her keep! 😂
Making sourdough is a labour of love. Between feeding Sally, mixing, stretching, folding, fermenting, shaping and baking, the entire process can take 24–36 HOURS!
TODAY ALONE:
🍞 10 loaves baked!
🍞 8 more loaves prepped for tomorrow morning!
🍎 Cinnamon buns made!
And we're just getting started!
🍂 I'm busy prepping for my LAST OUTDOOR MARKET OF THE YEAR on October 3rd in Dallas-Barnhartvale!
🧶 My crochet hooks are working overtime as I prepare for the upcoming Christmas markets.
🤍 My bestselling Vanilla Bean Whipped Tallow is keeping me busy, too!
