The sourdough bread is finally ready over here! We’re just waiting on our cinnamon roll focaccia and bagels to finish rising… and oh my gosh, my family was circling me for almost an hour because I wouldn’t let anyone cut into it—you have to let it sit for an hour after it comes out! 😂 The house smells SO good right now!

Just a fun little baking day over here 🥖💛

I’ve been playing around in the kitchen and made:
– Sourdough banana bread 🍌
– A couple fresh loaves of sourdough bread

– now I’m starting on bagels
– Sourdough pretzels

Nothing fancy and not for sale — just testing, learning, and feeding my family (they’re not complaining 😄)

Tomorrow I might try bourbon bagels we’ll see how that goes!

Hello, sweet friends—Merry Christmas! ❄️✨

My heart is heavy: I won’t be at Bradford’s Winter Market tomorrow. Scarlet and I are terribly upset—we’ll miss your lovely faces! We’re hoping to pop in just to say hello.

I accidentally missed a step. My kitchen was reapproved and certified (they said I’m good until next year ), and I assumed I could attend. But since this is not at the Bradford Farmers’ Market, it’s a special event, and I didn’t fill out the special event form i’ve been told I cannot attend because I miss that step

I may also not make the 13th as I wait for approval—this is a very busy time for them. I’m so, so sorry. I’m crossing my fingers for a little Christmas miracle for the 13th. If not, please reach out for any delicious treats you’d like for the holidays—we’d love to sweeten your celebrations. Thos holiday.
