This week’s Cookie of the Week is our Apple Pie Cookie 🍎
Filled with apple pie filling, topped with cinnamon crumble, and finished with a sweet glaze, it’s everything you love about apple pie… in cookie form!

And this week’s Sourdough Loaf of the Week is Cheddar & Dill, a customer favourite that’s perfect for grilled cheese sandwiches, soups, or enjoying fresh with butter.

We wanted to give everyone plenty of notice that we’ll be taking a short summer break to spend time with family and recharge after a busy year!

If you’ve been planning to stop in for sourdough, cookies, cinnamon buns, or any special orders, be sure to do so before our holiday closure.

It looks like we’re in for another rainy week ahead… which sounds like the perfect excuse for fresh sourdough and cozy treats!

This week’s Cookie of the Week is our Hostess Cupcake Cookie. These cookies were such a hit the last time we made them that we had to bring them back! Soft chocolate cookies filled with vanilla cream, topped with rich chocolate ganache, and finished with that classic white swirl!

Happy Monday 🤍 We hope everyone had a great long weekend!

We’ve got another delicious week ahead at Flourish, packed with bakery favourites, fresh sourdough, and lots of sweet treats.

Our Cookie of the Week is our Caramel Kitchen Sink Cookie 🍪 Loaded with chocolate chips, crunchy pretzels, soft chewy caramels, toffee bits, and wavy chips, these cookies are the perfect sweet & salty combo. Rich, gooey, and packed with a little bit of everything, this cookie is too good not to try. We’ll have samples out all week!

We’ll also have some customer favourites in the bakery this week, including our Nanaimo Bar Cookies and Cowboy Cookies!
