I hope everyone had an amazing long weekend filled with good food, family and a little bit of rest.

As we head into our final few weeks here at Flourish, we’re starting to fill the bakery with as many of your favourites as we can. This week we’ve got our Nanaimo Bar Cookies back as Cookie of the Week!

If there’s something you’ve been wanting one more time before we wrap things up, now is a great time to start thinking about pre-orders! After a lot of thought, we’ve made the decision that October will be our final month at Flourish Bakery.

Our final day open will be Friday, October 30th.

This was not an easy decision, but after looking at everything ahead of us, we know it’s the right one for our family and for this next chapter.

Until then, we’re going to make the most of these last few weeks together! We’ll be baking all of your favourites, posting our weekly menus, filling the shelves, and accepting pre-orders right through our final week.

We are so incredibly grateful for every loaf of Sourdough, every cinnamon bun, every cookie box, every early morning visit, every preorder, and every person who has supported this little bakery. Flourish became so much more than we ever imagined, and that is entirely because of all of you.

We’re going to make this last month a really good one and enjoy every bit of it with you.

Thank you for supporting our family, our bakery, and this crazy little dream. We truly mean that 🤍

Happy Thanksgiving week! 🍂

Our Cowboy Cookie is our Cookie of the Week, loaded with pecans, coconut, chocolate chips and hearty oats. It’s one of those cookies with a little bit of everything and somehow feels perfect for these chilly fall days.

And on Friday, Pumpkin Pie Bars are back! If you had them last year, you already know you don’t want to miss these ones!

Happy Monday!

They’re back! Our Pumpkin Spice Cookies were one of our most requested fall cookies last year, and they’re finally making their return this week. Soft, chewy, full of warm fall flavour and topped with a swirl of cream cheese icing.

We’re also starting to stock the freezer with Sticky Toffee Pudding for Thanksgiving, so keep an eye on our stories next week to grab yours while they’re available.
