I’m so excited to share that little acres will now be available through “feed the north” this beautiful company works so hard to bring farm fresh food to your tables all the way from Houston to hazelton.
My trial run of loaves will be classic sourdough frozen at the absolute peak of its flavor profile. Just like a good stew or a complex cheese, sourdough flavors continue to develop right up until the moment it's frozen. Freezing locks in those deeply developed, rich, tangy notes and concentrates the moisture. When you reheat it at home, the heat reactivates those aromatics, giving you an even richer flavor and a shatteringly crisp crust. 🤍🤍
